Refund method
We may update product prices or combinations at different times. We recommend that you understand and consider carefully before confirming your order. We do not accept refunds or refunds after placing an order for any reason. We apologize.
Return or exchange
- Products sold are non-returnable. Due to product defects or quality problems, products can be replaced with other products of the same or higher price within seven days (customers need to pay the price difference)
- If it is not a quality problem, once the product is opened, it cannot be returned or exchanged. Please be sure to keep the original packaging and integrity of the product.
- For returning and recycling the exchanged product, please pack the product properly and do not send it back naked. Please use a strong carton for packaging. If the product is not properly packaged, resulting in damage to the product body or its original packaging, the return cannot be accepted.
- If you need to exchange the goods, please specify the order number, take a photo and save it as proof, and email to siukungming@gmail.com to arrange subsequent exchanges. Overdue will not be accepted.
- There is no handling fee for the product exchange service within seven days.
What to do if you receive the wrong or missing item
- Please be sure to confirm whether the specifications and quantity of the product are the same as what you ordered. If you find that the product is wrong, missing or defective, please take a photo of the condition of the product and contact us at Whatsapp: 9353 9391 within 4 hours of arrival, and we will try our best to Process it for you quickly.
Others
- Be careful with knives when unpacking. If you accidentally scratch the product packaging or damage the packaging film when unpacking, it is not considered a defect, so returns and exchanges will not be accepted.
- Please ensure that the order content and delivery address are correct. If incorrect information is provided and the goods are delivered without a signature and need to be delivered again, damaged or lost, the customer will be responsible for the costs incurred.
- If it is not a defect, quality problem, or replacement of the wrong product, the return shipping fee for the replacement shall be borne by the buyer, please forgive me.
- Product best before date: For individual products on the website, if the best before date is less than three months, we will specially indicate it. The storage period is generally within 12 months.
- In case of any dispute, Little Resonance Co., Ltd. reserves the right of final decision.
